Changes:
Viaccess 2.6 implemented. 16 Byte opkey in cardemu needed (use button E).
Remarks:
Take care of correct communication protocol in antenna configuration menu.
For AU Seca card in decoder is needed and Blocker OFF.

MHW EPG : Working for Canal Digitaal, CanalSat, Cyfra and Sky Italia. D+ is not working
DVB EPG : All channels which are broadcasting EPG according to this standard.
(Premiere, German FTA, ORF, ABSat, SRG, for PolSat it is needed sometimes to press arrow left few times
