"FTP component not ready" dans DCC

Bonjour, j'ai déjà utilisé DCC sans soucis mais depuis peu j'ai un message d'erreur (FTP component not ready) quand je veux accéder aux fichiers FTP...
Une idée??
Je suis connecté par routeur à mon vu plus, la connexion est OK, en user j'ai root et le mdp vuplus.

Slt,

reconfigurer le pare-feu pour l'accès DCC
ou
- désactiver le pare-feu ...
ou
- définir le type ftp à «passif» dans------->DCC / Config / Experts ...

La 3ème soluton est la plus simple je pense
