'operateur égyptien vient de signer un contact de location de capacité portant plusieurs répéteurs situés sur le satellite Eutelsat 8 West B, dont le lancement est prévu pour la mi-2015. Particulièrement attractif pour les foyers Moyen-Orient ou d’Afrique Nord, le pôle 7/8º Ouest diffuse actuellement plus de 1 000 chaînes de télévisions pour une audience estimée à 52 milliions de foyers. L’entrée en sevice d’Eutelsat 8 West B l’année prochaine permettra de franchir une nouvelle étape en allouant à cette position des ressources supplémentaires combinées à une plus grande flexibilité opérationnelle et à une protection du signal améliorée. Les répéteurs supplémentaires réservés pour Nilesat sur Eutelsat 8 West B viennent compléter les ressources déjà louées pour l’opérateur sur le satellite Eutelsat 8 West C qui lui permettent de répondre dès aujourd’hui aux attentes de ses clients à la recherche de capacités de haute performance. Les services exploités sur Eutelsat 8 West C satellite seront transférés sur Eutelsat 8 West B dès l’entrée en service satellite.
