Add Cryptoworks emulation support : full ORF package (Astra), Kingston (Sirius)
- Add Via 2.3 emulation : MCM Belgique (AB3) , Mezzo (Hotbird)
- Anti Lamers Protection (for fucking lamer who wants edit the plug with an hexa editor and modify the text menu..)
- CPU and Memory Optimisation : Size of plug reduced to save memory
